IN-PERSON TRAINING

Frequently Asked Questions

What is it?

A 6-day mentorship program designed to give fitness professionals the real-world, hands-on education and experience they need in order to help their clients achieve results while creating a successful business along the way.

Why did I decide to offer this?

Simply put, I think that there can be a better way of getting an education as a fitness professional than what is currently being offer today. Your current options are to either pay $500 to learn from a textbook or to pay close to $100,000 to get an education that gives you no real-world experience. Where is the alternative?

How is it different?

The curriculum that I teach is specifically designed to help you help your client change their behavior so that they can achieve their results and maintain them permanently. In addition, I believe that the best way to learn is through face to face human interaction and this course is catered to that.

How many people will be there?

Maximum of 4 students per course, so that each person gets the attention that they need, with the ability to ask questions. Your time spent during the course will be shadowing me during my sessions at Structure and learning in a classroom setting at my studio.

What is the curriculum about?

You will learn everything about coaching, training, nutrition, behavior change, business, marketing, communication skills and more.

How much does the course cost?

$3,500

Are lodging and travel expenses included in the tuition cost?

No. Each student is responsible for their own lodging and travel expenses.

Do I have to own my own business in order to attend?

Nope, the curriculum is designed for everyone. Whether you are an employee of a gym, a gym owner, a solo trainer, just getting into the industry or simply have a desire to learn more.

What type of training model do you use in your business?

I use a small group personal training model at my studio. However, the curriculum will translate whether you train people in a 1 on 1, small group or large group setting.

I'm considering personal training as a new career path, but don't have any experience or knowledge about the profession. Is this course for me?

Absolutely 100%! The course is for both the novice and advanced.

Is this course designed to prepare me for a specific certification?

Not specifically, no. The curriculum is purely my own as I am not affiliated with any nationally accredited association. However, if your goal is to get certified through a governing body then the things that you will learn during the course will most likely help.
